What makes MEDIZEN copper products special?

Our products are crafted from 100% pure copper — no alloys, no coatings. Pure copper has natural antimicrobial properties and has been used in Ayurvedic wellness traditions for centuries to store and purify water.

Is it safe to drink water stored in copper vessels?

Yes! Storing water in pure copper vessels overnight (6–8 hours) is a well-known Ayurvedic practice. The copper naturally ionizes the water, making it beneficial for digestion and immunity. However, we recommend using copper vessels only for water — not acidic beverages like juices or milk.

How do I clean my copper product?

Clean your copper vessel with a mixture of lemon juice and salt, or use a mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive scrubbers. Rinse thoroughly and dry immediately after washing to maintain its shine.

Will my copper product tarnish?

Yes, copper naturally oxidizes over time and may develop a patina. This is completely normal and does not affect the product's functionality. Regular cleaning with lemon and salt will restore its natural shine.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at support@medizen.store. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Yes, you will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

How long does a refund take?
